Ordered Bright Safe e-cigarette online for $4.95 14-day free trial. Apparently they include their shipping time as part of the 14 days, so was charged additional $109.67. Called to ask for RA number to return product and lady said that's not an option. Paperwork says if unsatisfied for any reason, return product within 30 days. She offered a $40 credit and to keep the product. I'm going to call again until I get all the money back.
