We got the ad out of a local newspaper contacted them got preapproved found a house sent our $5,000 for down payment got the inspection done which we paid for they sent 500.00 to the realtor for the earnest fee and sign papers changed the dates on a legal document. Set closing date for sept. 2012 sept. Came and went and there was always an excuse to why they could close lost our $500.00 earnest fee. Asked for our money back in oct. 2012 and contacted the bbb and still no return of our money.
