SCAM ARTISTS, Don't beleive a word of their crap

My experience has been the same. We started this program in July with these people;. I have done everything they have ever asked and was finally approved for a house in Sept. I was told we would close 30-45 days after that then suddenly, our funding wasn't available and our closing was pushed back to Oct, then Nov, then Dec. Then Jan.in the meantime our house went back on the market and now I lost my $1000 I put towards the earnest money and the 1775 they had me pay to retain them for their services. I decided to withdraw from their services and have been promised my refund. But now they are playing the same game with the refund as they did with the financing.

They said 3 weeks ago I would get it first week in Jan. I called Judy today for an update and was told 3 weeks again, and she didn't know if I would get my 1k earnest money back. Kari and JUdy both told me the company would pay for the lost earnest money if they could not get it back from the title company. There are TONS of complaints. Why is this company still in service?

I have 2 small babies. My father passed away and left me some money, I wanted to make him proud by building my credit and getting into a house.instead I disappointed him and lost his money in a scam of the century. I am ashamed and sad for my family who can't really afford to lose this kind of money.
