They did not tell me that I had to cancell after the inital order. What they sent me at frist was not complete so I thought it was junk. So I tossed it out. It was only the cost of about $5 or$6 dollars at frist. Then about a month and a half later another package came from them that I did not order Icalled them told them I did not want it I had not ordered it. I returned the product to them. I did't know that I had to send the frist box back to them. They said that they can refund my account because I had not returned everything to them. So I asked them to return the product that I had just returned to them because it is paid for. Said that they couldn't. They are keeping my money. I am very angry. Shirley M
