Louise Walsh Brushes

I placed my order for the brushes 4 weeks ago and I personally think its is very bad that Louise Walsh said they would be with me in 10-15 and not go by their words. If they are going to set a date they need to stick to it. Its my friends birthday on the 19th October and I was expecting it to be here by now. I know they have had a high number of orders but waiting a month is crazy, I think its terrible service and will never use Louie Walsh's services again. Also the fact is there have not sent out emails apologizing or saying were our orders are and when we try contacting them they do not answer which is a little worrying because I could possibly think I have been scammed. I would just like to have a little more information on what is going on. Thank you.
