LOUISE WALSH (don't order)

Ordered my brushes in august after offer on Groupon. Received my voucher code promptly, placed my order on the Louise Walsh link, accepted my voucher code promptly, advised allow 14days for delivery... 27 days later and I'm still waiting! It's not good enough, I've emailed twice, no reply not even a generated response to confirm receipt of my email... Disgusting!

Then to see the offer on Groupon this week AGAIN, that just is the final straw. Working in a sales/service profession myself makes me so angry, it's this kind of shoddy, poor, not bothered now we got your money retailer that let's other sellers down, customers loose confidence in purchasing online due to your crap service (louise Walsh whoever you are). My advise DON'T BUY OFF THIS BEAUTY PRODUCT PROVIDER THEY CANNOT FULLFIL YOUR PURCHASE & NOT EVEN BOTHER TO CONTACT YOU TO EXPLAIN!!! I will be speaking to trading standards on Monday morning!!!
