I ordered 3 sets of brushes through the Groupon offer (Total £57). Received my vouchers and none of the codes worked. Site stated my codes would activate on 12th September after 6pm... They still showed as invalid on 13th. Saw the reviews on the internet with many people having the same problem and my heart sank! I rang LWI and they only had an answer machine. Groupon's phone number said no phone lines available this week. However, after emailing Watch Dog I also emailed Groupn and received some help within 36 hours. A lady said she'd checked the codes and they were now working. I have just been able to inout my codes myself and it states the products will be with me within 14 days. I really hope this was just a website type problem for redeeming vouchers! My credit card company says if I don't receive the brushes they can dispute the payment anyway. Fingers crossed... It has made me very nervous about using Groupn again (even though this seems to be a Louise Walsh problem). My advice is to email Groupon and see if they can help you. Good luck... I'll post again if and when I receive my brushes.
