Terrible treatment of surrounding tenants

Volcom Waikiki has been piling the street, sidewalk and alley behind it's store high with garbage from their rennovation and angered several tenants/neighbors on Lauula st when the manager directed employees to SLAM SEVERAL 50 to 100 pound CUPBOARDS DOWN A FLIGHT OF STAIRS INTO THE STREET. Many neighbors were terrified out of bed and rushed outside upon hearing what for blocks sounded like bombs. The slamming of whole cupboards continueddespite several neighbors milling arond, standing on their balconies, looking out their windows after having been scared out of sleep. Although ppl were complaining the workers then started SLAMMING the cupboards into a nearby garbage can. The slamming continued for over half an hour, until after 8am. Some basic consideration would be appreciated esp when other violations are not too hard to find and report. Thank You.
