I am a victim of harrassment and slamming by cbcs

I have been a victim of harassment and slamming by CBCS. This started in the late 1999. I received a bill for $681.74. I didn't believe it belonged to me and tried to fight against it. After being harassed by CBCS, I paid it to save my good credit standing. I have records to prove it is paid and mailed it to them years ago. However, I'am still being harassed. Could you please help me resolve this matter?
