I purchased two bottles, one of Pureberry Max
and one of Colon Cleanse. Both were promoted
as a "limited time" deal. I received and used
the Pureberry Max, but haven't used the Colon
bottle. Since then I have gotten several large
charges on my credit card. Seemed suspicious.
I called the company and was informed that I
was supposed to call and cancel within 14 days
so I wouldn't be charged the full price. I told
them that there was no such wording in the ad.
I would only be expected to pay shipping charges of $4.95 for each bottle.
I just looked at that ad again, and there is
no mention of owing the entire amount of
$84.00 if I didn't cancel my account. Now there
are two extra charges in the same amount for
bottles I never received (or asked for). I consider this misrepresentation
in the ad, if not a deliberate
attempt to defraud by questionable word phrasing. I would appreciate any help in
resolving this issue and recouping my money.
