Confrontation Assistant Manager - poor customer service

I was at Lowe's (store 2280) today and addressing one of my returns with the assistant manager - name on the tag was TODD. Throughout our discussion, he continued to chew his gum with his mouth open. His demeanor and commments throughout the conversation was basically "can't help you". Very disrespectrul and quite unprofessional. He was confrontational and insisted that he was unable to review information on a Tax Refund Card that I had purchased a while back for $3K, which I later found by calling the number on the card that he was incorrect. I essentially lost $50 because he did not understand Lowe's record system. How is he a manager?!
