I was browsing the other complaints and thought I should add my 2 cents. I ordered a pair of Ugg Boots and got no email confirmation. Then I tried contacting them. Finally got a response. Several actually bc I told them to cancel. It was quite a funny argument that went on for days. They tried to tell me if I returned the boots I would still be charged 25% or something. No way. The bootys arrived, I refused shipment and the credit card company handled the rest. No cost to me. But taught me to be very wary of the sites I order from!!
