I had placed an order on October 11, and my account was charged for the shipping.By October 24, I still had NOT RECEIVED any product, but I was charged the full amount. I called and was told that I had had fourteen days to "try" the product, and since they didn't hear from me, I was charged the full amount. How could I have tried a product I didn't receive??? A call was placed to the company at that time, and I was told a rush shipment would be made. I still did not receive product, so I called back and was told again that a rush shipment would be sent out. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told by the rep I was speaking with that she was authorized to handle all complaints. I called back again and finally was given a person who could help. She cancelled the account and sent a rush shipment which I finally did receive. I was then charged for additional shipments even though the account was closed. Don't order from these folks. The entire experience was the most frustrating mail order experience I have ever had. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau.
