Ripoff - fraudulent shipping charges, late shipment ripoff New York New York

I ordered the Smart Abs from EmsonTV.com on 2/1. They e-mailed me to say that I would receive the product in 12 days. They also charged me $9.95 for "Rush Shipping" One month later, I had not received the product. I called the toll-free number. They told me to call the shipping warehouse; "Not a toll-free call!" The warehouse said they were back ordered and did not know when the product would be shipped.

On 3/13 my credit card was charged for the product. I called the warehouse (a.K.A. "Consumer Care") and they told me the product had been shipped out by ground UPS, delivery in 10 working days. I told them I paid for "Rush Shipping" and they said they were sorry, but that was not indicated on the order. "Consumer Care" not even related to Emson TV Sales!

Also, the EmsonTV.com website has no e-mail address for contacting them. The only physical address (P.O. Box 9000
Temecula, CA 92589-9000) is on the order coupons for the individual products. I only found the address of "E. Mishan" through a web search!
