Nubodi ripoff what a joke

I made a purchase on 1/4/08, I did not receive my order until 1/18/08 the same day my 14 days was up I did not have a chanve to try the product and my account was already charged 87.00,

When I called to cancel and to get them to credit my account back they refused, because they said they had already shipped the product. I wanted to know why did they wait almost 2 weeks to ship my order they said they have nothing to do with the shipping process, so I ask how do you know that another shipment has been sent if you have nothing to do with the shipping process,

I had no time to decide if I would like to continue using the product, I just feel that they held my shipment because they knew that my account was going to be charged reguardless
