My husband shipped our tablets/phones using Trade2Save postage due shipping label. The tracking status says "status not up-dated". The company finally responded to e-mails and claim they haven't gotten the package, it is "out for delivery", and "shipping" would follow up on it. After more e-mails they said they were sending a supervisor the next day to the post office to personally investigate. We finally called the post office and they told us they have a hopper at the post office that Trade2Save comes and picks up the packages from (its a postage due unit)—so what's with this "out for delivery stuff?". Its been weeks since we shipped the phones, we have no cash and no information on when we will get cash. From all the Facebook complaints we've now seen posted on their Facebook page, it is beginning to look like Christmas won't be so Merry for us after all. We have lost our tablets and phones, haven't gotten our money, and our experience has not been anything like what was represented on the Trade2Save website.
