I ordered 2 pairs of shoes online and found out it was being sent from China. An order and tracking number was provided, and a month and a half later, the delivery status looked faulty. I showed that it was being shipped to many different ports. I finally called them and they said that the post office in Canada was on strike so we sent the shipment back to China. They suggested I send shipping fees again to have my order shipped again. I disputed with them that shipping was already paid, and that they already charged me $160, and because orders are typically held at the local post office (not sent back to China), so they finally agreed to ship the products by DHL. It's been another 3 weeks and the shoes have not arrived. I am still in the process of finding a solution, but people like this should not be allowed to use the internet for a business.
