I sent in My Razor cell phone on 09/28 and was promised $120.91 for my phone. After 2 weeks I have received no check. They promise to send payment as soon as they receive the phone, and they received my phone on 10/01. I sent an e-mail to them at tradein@tradetosave.com on 10/04 and was told it was in processing and I would receive payment in a couple of days. When I tried to contact them again, the website no longer exists. What can I do?
