Paid $29.95 for a Guaranteed Loan and Never Got One

I was trying to get a loan and this website came up. They said they guaranteed I would get a loan if I paid them $29.95. I did not get a loan, and when I went back to find the email so I could try again, the email and contact information were not there.

If you can, please help me get my money back. I do not have a lot of money because I am disabled.
