Please help me stop the scam!

In a moment of desparation I borrowed $150 from United Cash Loans, and set it up with them to pay it back in $45 increments. I would end up paying $195 by the end of the loan period, but I figured that's what I get for having to use a company like this anyway. Near the end of my loan period I received an email saying that I need to electronically sign a new loan document saying that I needed to pay my loan in full (another $195) or my loan would be automatically be renewed to be paid in $45 increments.
When I tried to contact them through their website to inform them that I didn't want to renew the loan at all, I found to my dismay that the website will no longer come up. And to top it all off, after my original loan was paid off, another $45 payment was drafted from my account, indicating that they had automatically renewed my loan. What can I do to get these crooks off of my back! Anyone out there that can help, please respond!
