Purchased two iPhone 5 Lifeproof cases, 11/21. Promised ship date 11/26 from NY to AZ. Should have been here a long time ago even if it went snail mail. Started wondering where they were and called their website's listed phone number and all I got was voice mail. I left a message with the order numbers hoping to get an update/return call. Nothing... Then I decided to look for complains about them... Bingo here they are.
