My parents are suffering from Alzheimer's Disease and have been placed in a home. As their son, I have been reviewing their bank records and discovered this fradulent charge to their bank account in June. After searcing the Company I see that this is happening to many people. I don't know if this money is recoverable, but I would still like to file an official complaint.
