Stole $87 from my checking account Sacremento

On Augustu 26, there was an unauthorized $87 check paid from my checking account at Credit Union 1. I noticed the fradulent activity when I check my account activity online. I obtained a preview of the check and printed it. This fradulent check was to be paid to Prime Benefits. It has my old address on it, and instead of my signature, it has my last name printed.
I never authorized this charge and I have never heard of Prime Benefits or have any idea what kind of company this is. The check has the number (800) 862-2026 on it, but I can't get through to a live person. I decided to investigate this company on the web and found that I was one of many victims of fraud by Prime Benefits.
I will be calling my bank Monday morning and can hopefully have the charges reversed. I also plan to look into reporting this company with any and all appropriate agencies including their banking institution, Calnet Business Bank.
