Ordered boots they state that they had not recieved the payment even though it had come out of my bank! The I sent emails with proof the day later I got a responce saying please dont worry! I think they are chinese as the emails are not in correct english! Now they have sent me a tracking number & the number doesnt exist, I have emailed them again and had no reply! I am going to speak to my visa and see what they can do! Lady Kelli Feltham
