I purchased a fastagain booster thru the internet and i was assisted by a lady with an indian accent. She placed me on hold, then told me she'll call me back in 30 mintes and she never did. So i immediately called the number gigen to me and i told the gentleman i spoke with that i'd like to cancel my purchase and he said it was ok and he cancelled it for me, only to know it was'nt because i was billed in mg credit card. I still want to cancel this purchase because i am completely unhappy about it. I hope i will be refunded and credit back my card.
