I purchased the basic booster for $29.74, but it did not make my computer faster, and it deleted my connection to my DSL... So I had to call AT&T and purchase Connectech. When I tried to cancel today (so I don't get charged again next year), the "contact us" form was not functioning. "Kathy, " the online support person kept wanting to help me with my PC and did not seem to understand the meaning of the word "cancel."
