As far as I am concerned this business is a scam. When I found out that the FREE as advertised was NOT FREE and I had given the info they wanted, I asked for my money to be refunded (August 19)... They said they would but I have not received the credit. Today I decided that since I was stuck that I would have it installed. At the end the man told me that I would owe 299.99!!! What a SCAM... I told him that I was not interested and I wanted my money back and I hung up. Please help me! I want my account cancelled and I want my money back.
