I ordered a pair of ugg boots off this site and had to make an account so i did, i took note if the order number and it told me to go onto my account to check where my order was. I tryed going back onto it the next day and there wasnt even a link to login to the site. So i waited 10 days because it said it should be delivered from 7-10 days. I have just looked on my email now and i has shown me that my boot got dispatched from a different site that i ordered them from but i still havent had them yet. They have taken my money though, they were £60. I dont even want the boots anymore i just want my money back.
