Gander Mountain Customer Service

Gander mountain has good quality products, but quality of product is pale in comparison to poor customer service. The products can be obtained elsewhere, usually with acceptable customer service. I placed two online orders that I never took delivery of, I have written customer service (service@gandermtn.com) many, MANY times in the last 2 weeks trying to get information on getting my payment account credited, have not received ANY response at all. It has gotten to the point where I'm writing 3 or 4 times a day, and they STILL do not respond. I recommend Bass Pro Shops, they have outstanding customer service and very much the same products.
