Magic Jack, the worst customer service for product that does not work - magic jack plus

I considered trying Magic Jack as a phone alternative to my land line and decided to try the product on a free trial basis. The product never worked and the customer service was so inept an unresponsive I cancelled the service only to have my rural phone line disabled completely for two weeks, no 911 nothing. I tried getting a contact number for days and They ignored any attempt to resolve the issue. This is a company that should not exist. They should be shut down by the FCC immediatly and I would gladly participate in a class action suit against them.
