Lousy product and poor customer service - Model # GTWP1800DOWW

I have been a GE consumer for many years. 2 months ago I replaced a GE washer that was 12 years old with a new model. This machine SUCKS and does not even rinse the clothes properly. It will spin the clothes to one side of drum and throw machine out of balance.

GE says they do not have any kind of customer satisfaction guarantee and they would be happy to sell me an upgraded model. No wonder more and more people are not buying American.

I find it almost humorous that their phone # on the lid is 1-800-GE CARES

Will never buy a GE product again!!!
