Bought this machine at Home Depot 1 month ago and regret it every day I have to do my laundry. Even though touted as heavy duty lar ge capacity, can only do small loads as it does not get clothes clean or even completely wet in some areas! Washed two sheets of bedding and line-dried, noticed a whitish film all over sheets. Read instructions and tried many different things but keep getting same results! Have been a loyal GE customer - all my other GE appliances are great, but am sorely disappointed in this purchase and would like nothing better than to just get a regular washing machine like my old GE that I replaced from old age. Has this model been recalled? Can anything be done to help me so I can have clean clothes again soon?
