Model MHW7000X is nothing but JUNK

I purchased the Maytag MHW7000X Front Loading Automatic Washer. Maytag states that this washer is MCT (Maytag Commercial Technology). Maytag doesn't have a clue what commercial means. What Maytag should state in their advertisements on this machine is that you need to stay in front of this machine the entire time it is washing your clothes. I put towels in this machine, but this machine is NOT made to wash towels. If this machine ever gets out of balance, it will stop and shut off before your towels or clothes get washed. Many times I find the towels not washed and spin dried. My towels are still dirty and wet after leaving them in the washer for an hour or so. This washer is a waste of time and money!!
