False advertising. Toys R Us is running a promotion on the Skylanders Giants collection which states "Buy 1 Get 1 40% OFF ALL Skylanders Giants Figures and Accessories." And yes "OFF ALL" is in capitals. So you can imagine my surprise when a Skylanders Giant figure that I put in my cart does NOT get the discount. I thought it was something wrong with the website and called Toys R Us. They said that THIS item was not part of the promo. When did "ALL" become "SOME"? And they would not apply the discount to my item, nor give me any sort of credit toward a purchase, just to keep a customer happy. They guided me to Terms and then you have to goto Eligible Items and the scroll through the entire list to find that what you've selected isn't included in "ALL" their skylanders giants. After 2 hours wasted trying to purchase 3 simple items I'm frustrated and disappointed in the customer service of Toys R Us. False advertising at it's best.
