I Bought 2 tickets from greyhound online (call them for assistance in choosing right time, but they categorically ignored and decline). Next day, call again, somebody else said i have to now buy 2 tickets for same destination but with the time i required, then i will get refund (25th oct). They refunded only one, and the other ticket, I have been calling them endlessly. Everytime, i was told it was processed but in fact it was not. I file a dispute with my bank, and the bank was informed that i will get a refund of my full amount. Obviously as Greyhound is the worst, it could only do the worst. I was refunded less than I was owed. Thieves, liars... And thats who they are. I am still trying hard to get hold of my money, but nobody in that company can really do anything.
