We are extremely unhappy with the business tools service online. Their secure ID Code has been down for 3 days and as a result we are unable to send any wires out or add any new vendors. Since we were relying on their business tools, we have such a big issue with our customers now. Their customer service tells us that it will take another week to resolve this issue. I am so surprised that it takes them 10 days to resolve such a critical customer issue and they don't even seem to take it seriously. Their IT department should be fired and totally replaced!!!
