Secure Online Bank of America Banking
My advise - do banking someplace else!

Business & Finance

I am so angry that I have to let the world now about it. On December, someone breached the SECURE ONLINE BANK OF AMERICA BANKING and I had $990.00 taking out of my account, I notified the bank and the money was replace into the account and a new account was open.

To my surprise, there was an unauthorized online transfer from my new checking account three weeks later. The bank called me the same day and I told them it was an authorized transaction. Immediately I checked my account online and it showed the transaction as pending, I figured well it is pending the money will be put back into the account, instead the next day the transfer went thru leaving me with only $3.00 in the account. I called the bank again and was told the money will be put back the next business day, well to make the long story short, it has been over ten days and all I have gotten is an overdrawn account with several returned checks, the bank is charging me overdraft fees and i am sure the creditors I paid will charge me for the returned checks. I have been calling the bank daily and up to today has been unable to get this issue resolve. I cannot close the account until this problem is solve but I opened a new one in another bank. Bank of America is the worst bank I have done business with in 20 years, their online banking security system (if you can call it secured) can easily be breached and you can be left out with no money and dealing with a customer service that sucks. My advise, do banking someplace else, avoid Bank of America.
