Missed oppertunity - CHASE HOME FINANCE

I had a mortgage from Wellsfargo during the years of higher interest rates. I worked 5 jobs, 4 of which were 24hr shifts in the fire department (144hrs / week). My credit was 750. I needed to lighten the work load to spend time with my family (wife and 5 children). Chase had a great sales pitch and my refinance was applied thru them. Closing date on Oct. 8th was missed 2 months in to the process. Buy out numbers obtained the Oct. 11th or so. Forms sent to them 4 times prior were again being requested. Advised that mortgage payment was not needed due to the approaching closing. The month cleared and I was hit with my first 30day late blemish. Chase denied the refinance after that. Miscommunication shared by both parties, but the consequences are all mine. Could it have been any easier. Since then, 3 letters of approval and 2 letters of decline... Get your stuff together, thanks for taking money for nothing.
