Ripoff of 299.00 taken out of my account

On June 09 I received a call to get a Visa and they took $299.00 out of my checking account.

I have called several times to a company named CCR, they answer as Consumer Services Co. I was told that It would take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery and when I called them back they asked me if I wanted to put a trace on my package and that it would take 7 days. I have not yet called the back. The 21 will be the 7 days.
