Sallie Mae
Simple cashed my checks but didn't credit my account. They send me late notices. I have to fight with these people all the time

I was told this was the way to go by my sons college. Sallie Mae. That was the worst advice I have gotten. I make my payments on time but for some reason they don't go into my account. Next late notice. I call I tell them you cashed my check but did not apply it to my account. After that it is nothing but a big hassle, and I have to do all the leg work [fax them all the information they need because they are incompetent].

Now I am on my second time they have cashed my check again but did not apply to my account so here I go again. Oh and yes never talk to the same people so I have talked to 15 people explain my story over and over again, then they want to know why I lose it, these people do not care but I have to its my credit. I wish I could just speak to someone at Sallie Maes who does care. What a rip-off! Hope my sanity can hold up! Not looking good.
