Terrible customer service!

I requested a guide through the AmazonCa.com website from Natural Globe Publications, I had been within the U.S. And so I requested for that U.S. Press price for delivery because it had been delivered in the U.S. Towards the U.S. The dolt at customer support determined rather to stop the purchase. The guide wasn't shown about the U.S. Amazon website. I requested to truly have the purchase re sent. No reply. This can be a horrible organization that no one must purchase from!
