Refund never issued

I purchased a guide, recognized it had been the incorrect edition, and delivered it 24 hours later. The cashier evidently didn't approach the reimbursement properly back onto my charge card, and today 3 months later, nevertheless no reimbursement (also it was more than $50 they owe back again to me). I've named each week, as customer support believed to do, plus they nevertheless KNOW-NOTHING! It is as though I offered them the guide back and stated "maintain my income". When it isnot solved quickly, I'll be getting this to my lawyer. That is undesirable. Perhaps speaking with the push a bit aswell might get Barnes and Respectable to enhance and change their company methods!
