Misleading website and terrible service!

I requested publications from ecampus in the beginning of September 07. The web site didn't display that the publications I requested weren't accessible and that I selected regular delivery to get the free delivery marketed. There have been to become 2 deliveries - 1 with only one guide and 1 with 4 publications.

I received the 1 guide cargo nevertheless when I examined about the standing of another cargo it confirmed this one of the publications wasn't in-stock and then the 3 publications with-it wouldn't deliver before 4th book became available. I've sent them three times and just get a "processed" reaction the guide isn't offered at this time around but must deliver soon.

I purchased in the site whilst the 5 guides I requested totaled about $78.00 while additional websites I continued the sum total found about $120.00.

The web site isn't any discount - only complications.
