I hired a guide since the USPS dropped the main one I hired from BN plus they didnt have anymore. Therefore, I went with eCampus given that they had 2-day shipping. I settled an additional $15 for 2day delivery also it got me 12 times to obtain the guide. They employed the Christmas vacation being an explanation and declined to return me the delivery charges. While it was time for you to return it, the eCampus website just offered me the choice to produce a packaging ease and address tag. Therefore, I'd to pay for my own personal delivery. 2-3 weeks later, I get a cost for that guide which was confirmed shipped by following number. I named plus they returned me nearly all the things they charged... For whatever reason they held a few bucks. I didnt care at that time and cleaned my fingers of it till I obtained a cost of $109 today. Customer support claims that it had been since I didnt employ their prepaid shipment tag, so that they needed to cost me the entire price of the guide. I attempted to describe the website didnt offer me that choice and he or she mentioned I shouldve called and gotten one, that it wasnt their problem I didnt view it. They stated that they'll return me since I have had named about this earlier which the reimbursement may appear in 2-10 business days. The corporation is only a scam and bedroom of thieves... Prevent such as the trouble!!!
