Delivery date means nothing

I seriously needed a guide that we understood have been printed although not yet for sale in SA. Exclusibe Publications guaranteed delivery within 3-5 times and so I put my purchase in good faith. I'm on time 7 but still no indication of my guide that we have been informed is likely to be shipped in a few days so we speaking between evening 10-15 and all-they may state is 'I AM SORRY BUT ITS NOT MY PROBLEM'.
