Online store Valore Books, calling themselves "the pupilis book market", promotes books given by different booksellers, in my own situation a business named Barracuda Publications. I requested "Drug Information for Nurses" which was marketed as "hardcover" and obtained a CD ROM instead. Like a medical scholar, I have to bring a published reference manual with me within the medical environment for recurring research, along with a CD ROM does me no-good. After I documented this to Barracuda Publications by e-mail (they don't give a contact telephone number) they replied by informing me the ISBN number for that guide I requested is to get a CD ROM, despite the fact that my published purchase verification plainly mentioned "hardcover." All that I requested for was to come back the CD ROM and obtain the hardcover edition when I had requested, however they declined, and so I questioned the purchase with my charge card organization, and cost was terminated. Whilst the ultimate insult, I obtained a contact from Barracuda Publications having said that they "comprehend the record might have been puzzling" and "We were likely to provide to ship the particular guide for you but while there is a charge card challenge we shall not." I currently possess a cd rom edition of the guide that I truly requirement for college, but is ineffective in the present structure.
