Requested a guide that we never received. E mailed the organization was informed I'd obtain a reimbursement, that we didnot receive and so I named Abe Books, requested to get a quantity for that vendor, was informed they didnot have one (incredible). Abe Guides customer support explained to deliver 2 various emails to obtain a reimbursement iniated, but without any benefits. Do not buy from abe publications, they are doing react, unprofessional.
