Book paid and not received

I purchased a guide on December 24th and also the contract was set-to 6-11business times. Well, the guide was said to be delivered about the 26th (obviously there is no wait in receiving it) plus they offered me a tracking number. They state on the website this quantity is possibly Fedex or advantages. Well, in the beginning I attempted to monitor my guide and observed the amount wasn't legitimate for these businesses. I have delivered 3 messages currently, attempted to keep in touch with them about the telephone (brokers are USUALLY active). Today the shipping is formally overdue with no book with no solution and that I don't understand how to monitor my guide. It's an overall total disrespect, they're a dreadful organization. I'll prosecute this inexperienced manufacturer and choose Amazon.com usually. I lived in Brazil plus they were incredible, actually shipping from thus far-away, in US. Today I'm in Europe plus they are better still. W&D is merely, simply horrible!!
