Shipped me a "new" book that looks used

I purchased a book online simply because they had a where you purchase a brand new book and also you get associateis cost in addition to free one day delivery. Well I simply obtained the guide within the email nowadays (4 days after I requested it, incidentally) and seriously. I believe they shrink-wrapped a used-book and delivered it in my experience since the back-cover and also the backbone are grazed up and dirty underneath the shrinkwrap. There is not really any holes within the shrink-wrap or something. As well as the pages inside are passed. It has to be always a fraud... Guaranteed the top cover appears good and dandy, but there's no means this guide is fresh... However I settled the brand new cost. And today I can not return/trade it since I want it for course. I actually want to contact and protest, but from what I Have noticed, the client service is atrocious. It'd likely only piss me off more... Cheers for tearing me off Barnes and Respectable!
