Illegal recurrent monthly charges on my credit card for a fake newsletter I never signed up fo

I purchased a guide in regards to a new way of removing backpain. I charged the guide on my charge card. I recognized (a few months later) that I've been billed everymonth $19.95. After I named the organization, they explained I examined the box to get a "free" publication — that we am certain that used to do not examine any container, when I never do like a matteroffact — the free publication being "free" just the first month, they ask you for a massive $19.95/month instantly. That info they state is there, but I understand that I'm exceptionally cautious with one of these issues, and that I didn't observe that info everywhere (since I have didn't press for almost any choices). They stated they'd pay me for that present month, although not for that past two. I insisted however they declined. That is obviously a FRAUD. I never required a publication, and definitely not at $19.95/month! They have to be halted. And incidentally, I NEVER received any publication!!
